Multiple Account Prohibition: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

03 Deposits & Payments
Wins88 accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and direct international bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and your account verification level.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation is received.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information entered is accurate. Wins88 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect details provided by the member.
- Any deposit suspected of involving money laundering or fraudulent activity will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
Note: Funds deposited into your wins88 account are for entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred to third parties or used for any purpose other than gameplay on the platform.
04 Withdrawal
Wins88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following is our withdrawal policy:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your wins88 account.
- Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Processing time is between 5 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawals after approval.
- Daily minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your account level and selected payment method.

05 Bonuses & Promotions
Wins88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload promotions, and a VIP programme. All promotions are subject to the following terms:
- Each promotion has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
- Wins88 reserves the right to void any bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts.
- The bonus validity period is as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Game Rules
All games available on the wins88 platform are subject to their respective game-specific rules. In general, the following rules apply:
- All games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
- In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, Wins88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.
- Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities ("bugs") or use automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Live Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.

08 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Wins88 customer support team. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.
Wins88 also reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:
- Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms has been detected.
- You have failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Your registration information was found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
